Neighbourhoods - Primrose Hill

It is not hard to see why, bohemian Primrose Hill is home to many an Artist, Actor or Musician, located just to the side of St John’s Wood, Primrose Hill offers its residents the wonderful Primrose Hill itself which is the place to go for a relaxing weekend walk. Regents Park is also very close by so you really are spoilt for choice with outdoor pursuits. The High Street of Primrose Hill has many fine “Gastro Pubs” which offer excellent food; there are also some fine restaurants, cafés and boutiques.

Properties in Primrose Hill are quite varied and include many fine colourful period character houses as well as a range of apartments, which have been converted from houses. There are not that many newly constructed buildings but amongst the few there is one popular townhouse development.

Neighbourhoods - Swiss Cottage

Just north of St. John’s Wood and Primrose Hill, this neighbourhood welcomes its residents with a variety of convenient shops and ready access to good transportation links. The quadrangle development of modern townhouses dominates part of this neighbourhood as well as several high-rise residential buildings.

Filled with modern and contemporary townhouses, period homes and apartments, Swiss Cottage offers a range of choices to meet the needs of many people.

Residents here can become members of a large Sports Center nearby, which features a range of classes and activities for all ages and interests. Also nearby is the O2 Centre, which is a newly constructed shopping complex, which houses a variety of restaurants and shops including a huge supermarket and DIY store as well as movie theatres and a superb, private, state-of-the-art gym boasting a fabulous indoor pool. This complex is now used by a huge section of the local residents making the short drive from many of the neighbourhoods featured in this section.
