Our service to Landlords is always completely bespoke so depending on the size of the property the fees may vary, as no two situations are the same.
The standard lettings fee are charged at 12% of the gross annual rent, inclusive of VAT .
The standard fees for property management are 6% of the gross annual rent, inclusive of VAT.
The standard renewal fee is charged at 12% of the gross annual rent, inclusive of VAT. We do not have any charges to Landlords for the following:
Abortive Tenancies, Tenant Referencing, Tenancy Agreement fees, Renewal agreement fees.
